Home Library Service

Contactless Delivery
Due to the recent and ongoing pandemic, our current service is designed to be completely contactless.
Staff will collect items from, and deliver items to, a pre-arranged location on your property (eg. on a specific table or chair, alcove or other area). This will help us to ensure your safety as well as our library staff.

How to apply

  1. Print and complete the Home Library Service application form and Reader Profile form.  Alternatively, you can contact the library to request a Home Library Service application package to be posted to you.

  2. Return completed forms to your local branch or by post:
    Home Library Service
    Blacktown City Libraries
    P.O. Box 227
    Blacktown NSW 2148

Alternatively, you can also email the completed forms to hls@blacktown.nsw.gov.au

  3. Staff will then contact you to discuss your delivery schedule and any other questions you may have.
