During the COVID19 pandemic the Home Library Service is offering a free home delivery service for residents of the city who are over 65 years of age.
Normally this service is only available to residents who are unable to visit one of the Blacktown City Libraries in person, by reason of age, sickness or other incapacity.
Our Home Library Service members can borrow items from any of the library's lending collections including large print books, regular print books, audiovisual material (including audiobooks, CDs and DVDs) magazines, and items from the community languages collections.
We can deliver your items on a 2 week or 4 week cycle. We will arrange this with you when you join the service.
