Blacktown City Libraries will be reopening on 15 June 2020, Monday - Friday, 9.30 am - 5.00 pm.

The decision to reopen has been carefully planned by Blacktown City Council's Safety and Library management teams. It is our duty of care and highest priority to protect our community.

Reopening our libraries will not mean going back to the way things were pre-COVID-19; it will mean putting in place the 'new normal' approach to our services. This approach includes physical distancing measures, safe handling of physical materials, sanitising objects and surfaces as well as quarantining and sanitising our collections. We will also continue to offer our delivery option for Blacktown residents.

Our library staff are available over the phone on 9839 6677 to answer any queries and provide support.
