Popondetta Park

The playspace at Popondetta Park was recently upgraded to create an accessible play experience for children of all ages and abilities.

The upgrade includes:

• multi-play unit with a slide

• climbing net

• 2 trampolines

• swing set unit featuring an accessible seat, a toddler-friendly seat and basket seat

• inclusive carousel

• rocker

• flying fox

• 360 degrees swing

Popondetta Park is a large recreational reserve. The netball courts are used all year round by the Mount Druitt Netball Association. The sport fields are used for football during the winter season, and little athletics and cricket during the summer season.
