Delivery Program and Operational Plan

The Delivery Program 2022 - 2026 is a plan for 4 years of our long term vision to achieve defined goals within the resources allocated to projects and services. The Operational Plan for 2024/25 outlines the specific actions and budget allocated for this year to work towards the goals identified in the Delivery Program. 

Our budget for 2024/25 is detailed in the Operational Plan and in 2 related documents:

  • the Goods and Services Pricing Schedule 2024/25 which identifies the fees for all of our goods and services

  • the Works Improvement Program 2024/25 which details the capital works we undertake such as road works, footpaths, building projects, parks improvements and drainage and storm water works.
