Stallholder Expression of Interest Registration

We organise and deliver a range of exciting and engaging events throughout the year, including both major and community events.

We are always on the lookout for stallholders to take part in our dynamic events. Professional stall structures can be provided, and varying fees apply depending on the event, goods being sold and nature of the stall.

All applicants will be required to agree to the appropriate terms and conditions. Please click on the terms and conditions sub heading for more information.

To register your interest in becoming a stallholder at our events, please complete the Stallholder Expression of Interest form below.

Please note the submission registers you onto our stallholder database, through which you will receive correspondence about upcoming opportunities. It does not guarantee a stall opportunity at an event.

Should you have any enquiries regarding any of the events, please email events.team@blacktown.nsw.gov.au

Performer Expression of Interest

Each year we hold numerous community festivals and events. At these events we are always looking for up and coming, local performers to showcase their talents.

If you are a community group, dance school, community band, MC, soloist, duo, trio or any other performer who would like to register to be on our performers database, please complete the form below.

Please be aware that due to regulations from the Office of Children's Guardian, any group with children 15 years or younger will need to submit additional information on each of their performers.

We will require music supplied to be provided on a USB, saved as an MP3.
