Disruption to Council services

Residents are advised that, due to industrial action, some Council services will be affected.
- Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre (BARC) will be closed to the public until Friday 7 August.
- Blacktown nursery will be closed Thursday 6 August
- Some bin collections, new bin deliveries, bin repairs, and household cleanups will not occur as scheduled.
Please leave bins out until they are collected.

The northern lane of Eighth Avenue Bridge, Shanes Park, is temporarily closed. Temporary traffic lights are in place. Motorists should expect delays.
