You should read this information carefully and comply with all requirements listed in this section to ensure your property dealing is assessed and approved in a timely manner.
This section provides the standard recitals for positive covenant and restriction on use of land related to water sensitive urban design (WSUD) systems and overland flows. These are taken from Appendix F of the Engineering Guidelines for Development.
All developments with a WSUD system consisting of 1 or more WSUD devices are required to install signage identifying the types and location of these devices. Signage must be in accordance with Council requirements as outlined in the following pages.
