Transformational Projects Program

Blacktown City Council is helping to revitalise our local communities by building exciting new facilities so our residents can work and play where they live.

Council’s Transforming Blacktown Program will deliver community projects that are funded through the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) Program. Under this Program a total of $2 billion in new community infrastructure will be delivered across Western Sydney.

We celebrate and acknowledge the Dharug people as the First Nations people of this Country. The revitalisation will provide additional opportunities for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture to be explored and honoured in our projects. 

Council is working with leaders and residents in our community to design and build these projects. The projects are all part of our vision for a modern and vibrant Blacktown City.
