Blacktown City Libraries offers a free delivery service of tailored library material to local residents who are unable to physically visit the library due to permanent disability, limited mobility, illness, frailty, or full-time caring responsibilities.
The service is also available to:
- residents of local aged care and residential care facilities
- people recovering at home after an illness, injury, operation, or the birth of a baby.
There is no age limit to this service.
You will need certification from a service provider, such as a doctor, nurse, disability service provider, or community service organisation, unless you are a resident of a care facility in which case this certification is waived.
What can I borrow?
