Corporate Business System Replacement - including additional functionality to meet Council's future business needs as follows: Operational and Strategic Asset Management, Integration between Assets and Finance and Customer Service Systems, Mobility and Internet based service options, Integrated Business Intelligence, Intregrated Planning & Reporting and Grants Management, Extensive modern Financial, Asset and Project reporting capability, Integration to existing systems, including document management and mapping, Complete training for key staff and end users, Data migration services & Professional services for implementation and configuration. This functionality would complement existing business needs inclusive in the Civil System including the following: Correspondence Register, Customer Action Requests/Booking System, Financial Management System, Impounding Register, Land Information System, Payroll System, Rating System, Receipting, Records Management & Reporting System.
