Rates Overpayment Refund

Use the following link  Click here and then select "Rates Refund Request" to apply for a refund of rates if an overpayment has been made or you have made an incorrect payment.  A refund fee will also be applicable as per our fees and charges schedule and will be adjusted against the credit balance.

Alternatively,  you can use the live PDF form Rates Overpayment Refund Application(PDF, 192KB) and send your completed application along with sufficient evidence of the payment to council@blacktown.nsw.gov.au. Please ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly. If sufficient evidence is not provided this will cause a delay in  the processing of your refund application.

Please allow up to 14 days for your application to be processed.
