Rates Overpayment Refund

Use the following live PDF form Rates Overpayment Refund Application(PDF, 177KB) to apply for a refund of rates if an overpayment has been made or you have made an incorrect payment.

Along with your application for a rate refund, you will also need to provide sufficient evidence of the payment. Ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly. If sufficient evidence is not provided this will cause a delay in  the processing of your refund application.

A refund fee of $50.00 may also be applicable as per our fees and charges schedule and will be adjusted against the credit balance.
