Commence a new waste service

We offer residents a weekly garbage service and a fortnightly recycling service.

There are 3 service options available for our residents:

Step 1. Commence waste service

Only owners of the property or managing agents can commence a service. 

Costs for these services can be found in our Goods and Services Pricing schedule.

Step 2. Before you book online

  • please ensure your address and contact details are ready

  • we need proof of purchase or a managing agent agreement for the property

  • we will deliver your bins within the next 5-7 working days, once the request has been logged in our system

  • find out your waste collection day, enter your address on the My Neighbourhood page.

Step 3. Book

Fill in all required fields via our online form to request a new general waste or recycling bin service

By completing the online request, you are automatically agreeing to our service conditions outlined in the Waste Management Charter(PDF, 322KB).
