Commence a new waste service

We offer residents a weekly garbage service and a fortnightly recycling service.

There are 3 service options available for our residents:

Only owners of the property or managing agents can commence a service.

Costs for these services can be found in our Goods and Services Pricing schedule.

please ensure your address and contact details are ready
we need proof of purchase or a managing agent agreement for the property
we will deliver your bins within the next 5-7 working days, once the request has been logged in our system
find out your waste collection day, enter your address on the My Neighbourhood page.

Fill in all required fields via our online form to request a new general waste or recycling bin service

By completing the online request, you are automatically agreeing to our service conditions outlined in the Waste Management Charter(PDF, 322KB).
