Blacktown City is home to more than 415,000 people and is the largest Council by population in New South Wales. Our community is very multicultural, with people from 188 different birthplaces and 182 different languages spoken.
Blacktown City Council proudly hosts a range of exciting festivals and events throughout the year which are designed to celebrate significant holidays and milestones in the history of the city, family culture and heritage, community spirit and all together bring the city and surrounding suburbs to life.

Selection Criteria for all Sponsorship and Partnership Opportunities
To be eligible to become a Blacktown City Council Sponsor or Partner the organisation:
- Has no religious or political affiliation or purpose.
- Has Public Liability Insurance with $20 million coverage where requires to activate on-site.
- Is not a tobacco company or tobacco related brand.
