Executive team members

We are responsible for a wide range of functions and activities to deliver services and provide facilities required by an expanding, dynamic and diverse city.

The day-to-day operations of Blacktown City are led by the Chief Executive Officer.

Functions are split across 5 directorates and a Chief Executive Officer’s unit:

Responsible for maintaining our parks, assets and roads.

City Living

Responsible for our community facilities and venues, law enforcement and environment.

City Planning and Development

Assessing development and building applications in Blacktown City whilst planning long term strategies for our City.

Corporate Services

Responsible for council's finance, events, customer service and technology.
