Wayne Rogers was appointed Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Council on 1 July 2021. Wayne has held the position of Director Corporate Services for 10 years at Blacktown City Council. Prior to that he was Blacktown City’s Manager Corporate Finance for 6 years.Wayne is responsible for maintaining the Council’s strong financial position; overseeing the City’s budget of $656m.
