The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for staffing matters, in line with the structure and resources set by Council.

The Chief Executive Officer facilitates to:

  • develop and implement its strategic planning and resourcing

  • develop and implement a delivery program and operational plan

  • meet its regular reporting obligations to the NSW Government

  • exercise delegated functions of the council.

The department include:

  • Executive support and secretariat

  • Communications and marketing

  • Corporate Counsel.

Kerry Robinson

Kerry Robinson, OAM

Kerry has broad experience in town planning, valuation, real estate, property development and local government. He has held senior roles in corporates such as Raine & Horne Commercial, Delfin Property Group and Lend Lease Development. While General Manager with Landcom and UrbanGrowth NSW, he was responsible for the delivery of more than $1.5 billion of real estate.

Kerry's qualifications

  • Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons), University of New South Wales

  •  Associate Diploma in Land Valuation, Sydney College of Advanced Education

  • Graduate, Australian Institute of Company Directors

  • Graduate, Foundations of General Management, Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
