Community recycling incentive scheme

The tender sought a community recycling incentive scheme that will allow waste, recycling and sustainability engagement and education within Blacktown City. The scheme is to build on the current program that engages 17,000 members.

We sought a website and app-based program that would generate rewards to encourage residents who recycle and undertake sustainability challenges.
