New Plan of management for the Blacktown Showground Precinct

Council adopted a new Plan of management for the Blacktown Showground Precinct on 27 August 2025. The Precinct includes the Blacktown Showground, Francis Park and Reserve 854 in Richmond Road and Kent Street Blacktown.

The new Plan is the key strategic planning and governance tool for managing the Precinct, and sets out objectives and performance targets.

Important information – Max Webber Library fees

On 23 June 2025 Council resolved (report CL450034) amendments to section 1.4.13 of the adopted Goods and services pricing schedule 2025/26 to include fees for the newly built areas within the technology room at Max Webber Library. The Goods and services pricing schedule 2025/26 has been revised to include these new fees.
