Matters for consideration

The following Development Application and Planning Proposals were considered at this meeting:

DA-18-00145: Demolition of existing structures and hard stand area, site investigation and subsequent remediation works at Reserve 229, Park Road, Seven Hills. 

LEP-18-0005: Planning Proposal to amend Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 to increase the maximum building height to 18 m over part of the site and 14 m over the balance of the site at 137 – 141 Newton Road, Blacktown.

LEP-18-0008: Planning Proposal to amend State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 to adjust the zone boundaries; make consequential amendments to the land reservation acquisition map, height of building map and lot size map; rezone surplus school land; increase the maximum building height and increase the minimum density at Lot 2355 and Lot 2356 DP 1228369, Sundew Parade, and Lot 1 DP 1232886, Elara Boulevard, Marsden Park.
