Blacktown Library app

Downloading our library app is very easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Download the "Blacktown City Library" app from the App Store or Play Store.

2. To sign in, enter your library card number and PIN/password.

3. The "My Account screen" will display your details.

Renewing your items via the library app can be down with just a few clicks! 

1. Using the library app, go to 'My Account'.

2. Select 'Loans'.

3. Select 'Renew all'.
   Alternatively, choose 'Select' if you only want to renew a specific title and tick the appropriate item, then select 'Renew Selected'.

4. Look for the green tick next to each item.  This means the item has been renewed!

Please note, items that are overdue, reserved for another library member or have exceeded the renewal limit cannot be renewed. 

You can link multiple cards for easy access to all household accounts, just follow these simple steps:

1. Using the Library app, open 'My Account'

2. Choose 'Linked Accounts'

3. Select 'Add+'

4. Enter the library card number and PIN/password.

5. Select 'Link'
