Integrated Development Application for subdivision of the site into 4 residue lots, construction of a public road and associated civil works and landscaping works and a variation to the Indicative Layout Plan road pattern.
The proposed development is classified as ‘Integrated Development’ under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000, as the proposed development is within 40 m of a watercourse.
Approval is also required from the Department of Planning and Environment under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 for the issue of an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit and from the Rural Fire Service under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997 as this is a subdivision of bushfire prone land.
