In accordance with Section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a planning agreement with Lazich Super Nominees Pty Ltd, for its proposed development at Lots 32-35 inclusive, Section 19, in DP 1479 – 45-47 Melbourne Road, Riverstone.
The planning agreement relates to development application DA–25-00719, being the proposed demolition of existing structures and construction of two attached industrial warehouses.
The planning agreement allows the developer to make a voluntary cash contribution towards regional stormwater treatment facilities in lieu of providing stormwater treatment 'on-lot' to comply with Part J of Council's Development Control Plan.

The exhibition period runs from 26 May 2025 to 23 June 2025.
