Commercial, Retail and Industrial Development
From 1 July 2020, all development applications need to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.
Please download and complete each of these documents for development applications for commercial, retail and industrial development.
All information uploaded to the NSW Planning Portal is to comply with Council's naming convention for uploading files. Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected and returned for resubmission.
Then upload the completed documents to the Planning Portal when lodging your application.

The following forms are required to be filled in and uploaded to the Planning Portal for ALL development applications for commercial, retail and industrial developments:
Note: If you have answered NO to the conflict of interest/declaration on the Planning Portal page you will not need to submit the Conflict of Interest and Disclosure form. The responsibility is on the owner/applicant to make the disclosure.

DA – Cost estimate report(PDF, 124KB) for development.
Please be aware we will check the cost of works to ensure that they are correct. The cost of works will be calculated using the Guide to estimating the value of development(PDF, 363KB).
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) - A CPTED report may need to be submitted with your DA. For more information refer to the Fact Sheet(PDF, 112KB) and Checklist(PDF, 336KB).

DA Supplement - Referrals to State Agencies checklist(PDF, 108KB). This is required to be submitted if your proposal is integrated development (eg: Properties that are listed on the State Heritage Register)
