Council adopted a new Plan of management for the Blacktown Showground Precinct on 27 August 2025. The Precinct includes the Blacktown Showground, Francis Park and Reserve 854 in Richmond Road and Kent Street Blacktown.The new Plan is the key strategic planning and governance tool for managing the Precinct, and sets out objectives and performance targets.
