If you love your pets then microchip them and it's FREE to Blacktown City residents. There is a limit of two free microchips per resident. Additional microchips are $18 per animal for Blacktown residents with proof of address.
Cat and dog microchipping for non Blacktown residents is $51 per animal.
Rabbits, guinea pigs and ferret microchipping is $20 per animal.
