Development application proposing the Torrens title subdivision of proposed Lot 1 under DA-17-02747 into 12 residential lots. The proposed development is classified as “Integrated Development” under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as concurrent approval is required from the NSW Department of Industry – Lands and Water under the Water Management Act 2000.
