We are seeking your feedback on a proposed amendment to the Huntingwood Precinct DCP August 2011 (DCP) clause 1.4 as it applies to Lot 1, DP 835264; Lot 1, DP 1154528 and Lots 183–188, DP 8716 (subject lots). The current DCP does not apply to these lots.
Council has received an application to remove Lot 1, DP 1154528 from clause 1.4 of the DCP. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to enable the DCP to apply to the subject lots for consistency across the Huntingwood Precinct.
All submissions must be made in writing and forwarded to Council by no later than close of business on 13 January 2020. Please address your submission to the Chief Executive Officer, Blacktown City Council, PO Box 63, Blacktown NSW 2148 and quote file reference number F19/1989. Submissions can also be emailed to council@blacktown.nsw.gov.au.
