This Development Application has been lodged by Tilrox Pty Ltd for the tree removal and  construction of a 2 X 5 storey residential flat buildings with 178 residential apartments over 2 levels of basement car parking containing 256 car parking spaces.  All vehicular access will be via Vardys Road only.  The proposal is an Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as it requires concurrence of the Department of Industry  - Water under the Water Management Act 2000.  The application will be determined by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
