It's National Volunteer Week, so we wanted to highlight the achievements of our good friend and volunteer Brian Elliot from Lethbridge Park.
For Brian being a volunteer at our Plant Nursery is more than just having a green thumb, it’s about helping others in his community. Brian is one of about 300 volunteers who work in our venues, including the nursery, parks and libraries across the City. Put simply, Blacktown wouldn’t be the same without our volunteers and we are extremely grateful.
