CONDITIONS OF USE

Our study rooms and desks are for Library members to use for study purposes only.
To ensure fairness, study room bookings are for a maximum of 2 hours per day, per member.

Please:
  • No food, gum or drink, except bottled water
  • Keep all noise to a minimum, use headphones if possible
  • Dispose of rubbish
  • Do not move furniture
  • Do not leave belongings unattended
  • You are responsible for your belongings
  • Ensure phones are set to silent mode and take/make phone calls downstairs
  • Video conferencing or calls are not permitted in study areas.
 
Individual silent study desks
  • Library members may book an individual study desk in a shared silent study room.
Group study room
  • Valid library membership required
  • Groups must be a minimum of 4 maximum of 10
  • Regular bookings are subject to approval, please see Library staff.

It is prohibited to use study rooms for paid tutoring, business, commercial purposes, meditation, meetings or any non-study purposes. If you require a meeting room, please inquire about the Max Webber Library Function Centre.
