  1. visit LinkedIn Learning
  2. select Get started
  3. enter your library card number and PIN.

LinkedIn Learning app

  1. Download the LinkedIn Learning app:

    Download app from the Apple App Store.
    Download app from the Google Play Store.
  2. open app and select Sign in
  3. on the Sign In screen, tap Sign in with your library card
  4. enter our library ID: blacktownlibrary
    The complete link will be: www.linkedin.com/learning-login/go/blacktownlibrary
  5. enter your library card number and PIN.

Help! I can't sign in to LinkedIn Learning!

If you're having trouble signing in to LinkedIn Learning, please contact your nearest library branch or use our Ask a Librarian service for assistance with resetting your password/PIN.

Please note: If you have overdue library items or outstanding fines, you may not be able to access LinkedIn Learning.

Already signed into LinkedIn on your phone/device?

If you're currently signed into your personal LinkedIn account on your device, the LinkedIn Learning app may automatically detect and use those credentials. This can prevent you from accessing your library's LinkedIn Learning account.

You may be asked to sign out or switch accounts, then sign in with your library card.

Does LinkedIn protect my privacy?

We take your privacy seriously. That's why you only need your library card number and PIN to access LinkedIn Learning. You won't be asked to provide any other personal details.

LinkedIn Learning does not collect or have access to any personally identifiable information (PII) from library customers.

Can I download a Certificate of Completion?

You can download a Certificate of Completion but it will not have your name on it, as our privacy agreement with LinkedIn Learning ensures that they do not collect personal information from library customers.

Can I access Continued Education Units (CEUs)?

Library customers cannot access CEUs due to terms and conditions from external providers that require first and last names. In order to protect privacy, no personally identifiable information (PII) can be stored.
